The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will design and oversee the execution of multi-touch demand creation programs, based on inbound and outbound tactics that improve lead flow, drive pipeline creation, and produce predictable revenue growth.
This role reports to the VP of Growth Marketing and will work closely with the Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing teams. The ideal candidate is data driven, strategic, and willing to roll-up their sleeves to get things done. Acts as both player and coach, actively owning and participating in daily work; while overseeing the marketing strategy, programs and developing their direct marketing staff members. To be effective, this role requires a high level of global collaboration with sales leadership and members of the corporate marketing department to ensure a unified and global achievement of the marketing delivery, approach, and outcomes.
Essential Requirements
- Provide strategic planning input based on an understanding of the required investment in lead capture and pipeline conversion that maps to company revenue goals.
- Manage program expectations, goals, and results, while obtaining Go-To-Market team input/needs and keeping this global team updated on progress.
- Prepare and deliver demand marketing results presentations for marketing, sales, and leadership updates.
- Lead RevOps marketing activities to ensure accurate marketing funnel metrics, pipeline contribution, marketing attribution and business results.
- Understand market dynamics and channels to recommend effective marketing approaches to establish and grow a target market share for Outseer. Maintain knowledge on emerging products, competitors, and services to gain competitive advantage.
- Own brand awareness and earned media strategy, including social media, search marketing, third-party paid programs and more. Co-manage SEO agency with VP Growth Marketing.
- Manage outbound marketing mix including advertising, campaigns, social media, webinars and more.
- Manage events consultant to ensure third-party events and Outseer customer events are on-brand, well-marketed, and results are obtained.
- Align with global sales leaders on an integrated strategy and coordinated follow-up across the sales organization and channel partners.
- Build relationships across the partner eco-system, supporting them with programs to capitalize on the market opportunity.
- Develop, forecast, and manage the global Demand Generation budget.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors.
- Collaborate with marketing leaders to develop growth plans for the organization.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field required, Master’s degree a plus.
- 10+ years of experience of field marketing and long-range planning required.
