Job description: Job DescriptionThe Senior Financial Analyst will apply attention to detail and analytical skills to support business partnering across the global Sales, Services, Success and Marketing organizations. This individual will drive value with a particular focus on ensuring accuracy and evaluating trends to provide financial visibility to Procore’s global Go-To-Market FP&A business partners, or the Research and Development and Information Technology organizations. This individual reports to the Senior Manager of FP&A.This individual reports to the Senior Manager of FP&A and can work remotely from any US location. We are looking for someone to join us immediately.What you’ll do:Be a fantastic partner to your colleagues within Finance and business teams.Build, analyze, and communicate complex financial analysis that empowers our business leaders and executives to make strategic decisions.Monitor progress against budgets and assess risks and opportunities to ensure business partners have visibility into expense trends.Champion month end close process, including headcount management/reconciliation, accrual validation, and variance analysis.Collaborate with FP&A Corporate and Business Partner peers to enhance existing reporting and processes to uplevel the overall team product and brand.Assist in monthly/quarterly financial reporting and consolidation shared with Finance and business stakeholders.What we’re looking for:3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, investment banking, or private equityPublic company and SaaS experience supporting Sales/Marketing is preferredExpert knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard business software is requiredExperience with Financial Management systems, such as Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan, Hyperion, Intacct Netsuite, Coupa, etc.Experience performing in-depth financial analysis and presenting findings to key stakeholders and business leadersAttention to detail and ability to consistently generate a high quality work product.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and an understanding of how to synthesize details depending on the audience.Hungry, yet humble, remaining passionate for delivering results in a fast-paced, data-driven environmentValues-oriented and approaches work with an open and optimistic attitude.Additional InformationBase Pay Range $90,400 – $124,300.
