The Senior Field Marketing Manager is responsible for forming a close relationship with sales, business development, and marketing teams to strategise and lead the execution of field programs, including account-based initiatives to engage multi-tier accounts. This role will catalyse B2B growth by planning and developing marketing plans and seamlessly executing programs to drive new businesses, cross-sell, and up-sell to existing and new accounts.
How you will make an impact:
- Own the overall integrated marketing plan, target, budget, and calendar of the assigned portfolio
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and business development partners in strategic planning and execution to achieve overall business objectives through customer engagement, demand generation, and pipeline acceleration
- Develop a field marketing plan in alignment with sales and business development priorities. Deliver marketing programs using the ABM one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many accounts approach
- Manage the end-to-end process of integrated marketing campaigns from strategy, execution, progressive campaign review & pivot to campaign effectiveness reporting. Marketing campaigns include (but are not limited to) eDM, organic and paid social, paid media, Wiley events and webinars, industry trade shows, etc.
- Partner with the Content Marketing team to develop content based on sales/BD priorities, customer journey, and value-based messaging guidelines
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive the timely execution of field-marketing plans and ensure strong follow-through on sourced leads and engaged accounts
We are looking for people who:
- A leader who can lead, influence, and adopt a collaborative approach to partner with internal teams to develop best-of-class field marketing programs to drive business goals
- Passionate in digital technology and digital marketing, especially in the scope of marketing automation, content marketing, data analytics, and social media and paid media marketing
- Proven work experience in executing successful demand-generation and pipeline acceleration campaigns
- Skilled field marketer with experience executing targeted, integrated marketing campaigns for demand generation and pipeline acceleration.
- Experience with marketing programs using the ABM one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many accounts approach. Have a firm focus on the needs and challenges of the audience(s).
- Experience in paid media campaigns from strategy to execution and optimisation.
- Metrics-driven and analytical with experience in campaign performance analysis and lead management.
- Organized, creative, and detail-oriented. Care deeply about organising beautifully executed marketing programs that deliver results.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Has a lean start-up mindset with the ability to “fail fast, learn fast” in pivoting campaigns on the go by staying present to change, feedback, and data.
- Excellent communication, collaborative, and influencing skills to work with a wide variety of stakeholders internally.
This position may entail occasional work-related travel, accounting for up to 10% a year.
