About The Event Marketing Team
The Event Marketing Team at Appier operates as an integral part of the Growth and Marketing division. We collaborate synergistically with various departments—including Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success—to elevate brand awareness and accelerate product adoption.
About this role
We are in search of a Senior Event Marketing Specialist with a passion for elevating brand presence and achieving measurable business outcomes on a global scale. This role encompasses a focus on multiple regions, including the United States, EMEA, Greater China, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia, with particular expertise in leveraging integrated marketing channels, notably in offline environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Comprehensive Field Marketing Strategies: Plan, execute, and manage a diverse portfolio of field marketing activities, including but not limited to live events, webinars, content syndication, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Lead Vendor and Partner Relations: Oversee the coordination and management of vendors and business partners, ensuring high-quality delivery within established budgets and timeframes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively engage with key business units, such as Sales and Partner teams, to develop and execute initiatives that align with overall business objectives, specifically focusing on pipeline creation and advancement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics and insights from multiple sources to refine and enhance lead lifecycle management processes.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization: Continually assess the impact of marketing programs, fine-tuning key performance indicators and lead generation tactics for optimal results.
- Logistical and Administrative Support: Manage all logistical and administrative tasks necessary to facilitate the successful execution of marketing programs and initiatives.
Qualifications
[Essential]
- Industry Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B Marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in Enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Versatile Marketing Skills: Demonstrable hands-on experience executing a wide array of marketing activities—from offline events to web-based promotions—in a high-velocity business environment.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality outputs in all marketing materials and campaigns.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in utilizing an array of sales and marketing software tools including, but not limited to, Salesforce (SFDC), Marketo, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
- Goal-Oriented Team Player: Possess a goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to excel both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Positive and Approachable Demeanor: An innate ability to maintain a consistently optimistic and approachable attitude, fostering a positive work environment.
- Language Proficiency: Native-level proficiency in Traditional Chinese, complemented by strong business-level written and verbal communication skills in English.
