What you’ll do:

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for all acquisition, retention and engagement strategies related to the Digital Banking group. A performance driven marketer focused on delivering results, they will be able to continuously test and refine value proposition, pricing strategies, channels, and collateral.

• Develop and implement digital marketing and advertising strategies for

consumer deposits

• Develop and test audience targeting strategies and tactics
• Develop marketing campaigns to support the sale of consumer deposit

products through materials such as performance digital advertising,

affiliate advertising, email campaigns, social media, influencers, etc.

• Work with internal and external partners to maintain marketing content

across website, advertising and marketing collateral while obtaining

compliance approvals

• Work with media agency to manage the development and placement of

advertising materials for all media outlets (digital, print, radio, TV, online,

billboard, etc.)

• Develop thought leadership campaigns and other content for use on the

website, in social media and as white papers, etc.

• Develop public relations strategies while managing PR consultants and

materials including media alerts and press releases

• Support business development activities including sponsorship ad creation

and fulfillment, event coordination and execution

• Manage life cycle campaigns for welcome program, cross-sell, and upsell

efforts

Job Duties:

• Conduct campaign planning, design, content management, development,

measurement, and reporting

• Develop and manage KPIs for marketing channels to drive optimization

and performance. Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance

based on insights

• Perform competitor research to ensure that audience targeting, messaging,

and positioning is effective

• Manage the marketing budget including reforecasting and planning
• Provide regular reporting to stakeholders
• Development of and ownership of marketing procedures related to

consumer deposits

• Maintain marketing plan, production calendar, promotional materials

inventory, and other consumer deposits marketing plans.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is required
• 8+ years of direct, related experience in Digital Marketing & Communications
• Result oriented and data driven marketing with a proven ability to deliver growth
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing processes including but not limited to paid and organic digital marketing efforts
• Knowledge of banking, including consumer deposit, loan, and other banking products and services
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
• Knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem
• Previous leadership experience required
• Ability to work in a matrix environment
• Strong communication skills, especially speaking and listening skills
• Strong project management acumen. Experience using Workfront a plus
• Intermediate skills in computer operation; word processing, spreadsheet, and other software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
