Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is a pivotal leadership role within the marketing team, responsible for delivering campaigns that grow our brand, generate leads, and enhance the digital experience for participants, support coordinators, and partners.You’ll oversee end-to-end digital execution from paid performance and SEO to automation, website optimisation and analytics. All while ensuring accessibility, empathy and trust are at the heart of every digital interaction.Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute our digital marketing strategy across paid, owned and earned channels to drive brand growth and lead generation
  • Oversee all paid digital performance (e.g. Google Ads, social, display), ensuring campaigns are optimised for reach, relevance and ROI
  • Lead the performance, accessibility and optimisation of our websites, ensuring a seamless user experience and SEO excellence
  • Drive marketing automation strategies that support lead nurturing, onboarding and retention journeys using Salesforce
  • Manage and mentor a high performing digital team (2 x Marketing Specialists, 1 x Digital Analyst)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns aligned with brand and commercial goals
  • Define and report on digital KPIs, using data to drive continuous improvement and insight led decisions
  • Stay up to date with digital trends, compliance requirements (including WCAG) and industry best practices to ensure our digital presence is inclusive and future-forward

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
  • Proven track record in delivering high performing digital campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong experience in Google Ads, SEO, email marketing and digital analytics
  • Demonstrated success in website management and CRM/marketing automation platforms
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and project leadership skills
  • A strategic mindset paired with a hands on, data driven approach
  • A team-first attitude and the ability to build inclusive digital experiences
  • Experience in the healthcare, disability services or regulated sectors highly regarded
