Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize, and standardize complex manufacturing processes in collaboration with global production teams.
  • Provide hands-on support to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues in live production.
  • Identify and drive improvements that boost productivity, reduce costs, and maintain high product quality.
  • Lead or support projects introducing new manufacturing technologies, tools, and methods.
  • Collaborate across R&D, Maintenance, Quality, Operations, and Planning functions.
  • Analyze production data to support technical decision-making and stakeholder reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation in compliance with industry and internal standards.
  • Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering knowledge-sharing and growth.
  • Ensure development activities align with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
  • Support internal stakeholders with a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications & SkillsRequired

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment and process monitoring.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Completed Safety Training per HSE Training Matrix.

Desirable

  • Master’s degree in a related engineering field.
  • Specialization in Process Engineering or Industrial Technology.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools and manufacturing documentation systems.
  • Understanding of HSE practices in industrial settings.
  • Experience working with global or multi-site production teams.
