This is your chance to join a passionate and fast-paced team where creativity meets commercial strategyWHAT YOU WILL DOAs Senior Buyer – Beauty, you will be part of the strategic development of our beauty category across the Nordics. You will be responsible for building and nurturing supplier relationships, managing assortment strategies, and driving commercial performance across key beauty categories. This is a high-impact role requiring a deep understanding of market dynamics, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for beauty.Develop and execute category strategy for beauty (skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, wellness) across Nordic markets.Lead vendor negotiations and manage key supplier relationships, ensuring best-in-class commercial terms.Identify and onboard new brands aligned with customer preferences and business goals.Analyze performance data to optimize assortment, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.Work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, Content, Supply Chain, and Tech to deliver seamless customer experience.Own the category and it’s KPI’s to ensure deliveries on revenue, margin, and growth targets.Stay ahead of beauty trends and market insights to inform buying decisions and category innovation.YOUR PROFILE+3 years of buying experience within beauty, preferably with e-commerce or omnichannel background.Deep understanding of the Nordic beauty market and consumer behavior.Strong supplier network and negotiation experience.Analytical and data-driven with solid commercial acumen.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Fluent in English; fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is a plus.To be successful in this role you need to have an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to make a step change. We are looking for one who enjoys taking initiatives to drive your own or the team’s ideas forward. As a person you have strong negotiation skills and are being motivated by working in a fast paced environment with clear KPIs and targets.Note that only applications in English will be considered.
