As our new Senior Buyer at Pillow Talk, you’ll lead the creation of beautiful, inspiring ranges that delight our customers across Australia – from core essentials to seasonal showstoppers. You’ll use your keen eye for trends and strong supplier relationships to deliver exceptional products at the right price, while staying true to our brand and values. Working within our Bedroom Fashion department, we’re looking for a Buyer who understands the intricacies of textiles, fashion, and trend-driven ranges.What you’ll be doing…

• Creating standout ranges and following key trends for our Bedlinen department
• Tracking trends, analysing data, and making smart buying decisions
• Building strong partnerships with suppliers, ensuring quality and value
• Leading range planning, pricing, and lifecycle management
• Mentoring and supporting your fellow buyers – sharing your knowledge and expertise
• Collaborating across marketing, planning and product teams to bring our vision to life

A bit about you…

• At least 5-10 years retail buying experience with strong retail and product development knowledge
• Passionate about fashion product and driven by results
• Strategic thinker with great negotiation and analytical skills
• Warm, collaborative and confident communicator
• Ready to lead with positivity and be a trusted go-to for your team
• Ability to travel internationally for buying trips
