Within that set up, we are leading, driving forward and collaborating across all internal and external partners.We present ourselves where consumers shop, driving footfall and showcasing our brand through events.We’re a group of hungry, driven marketers who carve out opportunities and activities wherever possible to highlight the breadth of products and premier brand we are.Role and ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilitiesWorking with senior manager and head of department, the role has two very clearly defined areas of core accountability:Responsible for development and delivery of Samsung’s UK Live Commerce planSetting strategic approach to grow Live Commerce and maximise associated channelsResponsible for tracking critical metrics related to sales attribution and meeting predetermined performance goalsWork closely with product divisions partners and channel teams to achieve brand, product and commercial goalsAligning with other external marketing plans i.e. CRM, paid, organic social block plans to push consistent comms that bolster commerce activityProvide reporting data and insights to LT and optimise approach on a quarterly basisCreate and handle the Brand and Flagship Retail event Programme (in flagship showcase location -Samsung KX and across Flagship Retail as required)Work with local retailer and occupiers to create a schedule of in-store activities to capitalise on opportunities to drive footfall into the spaceAccountable for ensuring eventing framework achieves channel critical metrics, consistently delivering product integration and Samsung brand alignmentCreate workshops and product based experiences calendar to drive footfall and hands on opportunitiesHandle booking process and master calendar; refresh and re-align with renewed SEUK objectivesProvide reporting data and insights to LT and optimise approach on a quarterly basisIn addition the below would form the day to day vital functional tasks with the support of a junior member of team:Management, maintenance and analysis of the Samsung KX micrositeSupport 3rd party flagship retail activation (Selfridges and Harrods), delivering year-round execution across all touchpoints and best-in-class brand consistencyLead on all reporting, generating actionable insights and recommendations to drive efficiency and improve event channel’s contribution to overarching metricsEnsure all dashboards are live and shared with relevant partnersSupport flagship retail sales teams with POS requirementsWhat we need for this roleTo be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:Tenacious and resilient with a can do attitude that focuses on finding solutionsCollaborative team player – within direct, and wider teamsProactive and driven to push the marketing boundaries – bringing along our retail partners (Harrods & Selfridges) and agency partners (Stellar)Ability to analyse data and produce actionable insightsIndependent to lead key activities and ensuring that managers and team leads are updated and equipped with the latest informationOrganised and efficient with communications – managing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneouslyWhat does success look like?Achieving year-round Live Commerce plan delivery; demonstrating strong performance based on critical metrics with improvements in the quality and sales attribution of the programmeRefreshed events strategy for Samsung KX to align with broader company goalsExecution excellence through 3rd party partners online and in store (Harrods & Selfridges), delivering multi-touchpoint presence during key Samsung momentsInternal collaborators engaged, aligned and collaborated with across all activitiesAgency teams managed closely to deliver best in class marketing activities that moves the dial on NPS, PI and Brand AffinitySkills and QualificationsBenefits of working at Samsung includePartner ColleagueHybrid working – 3 days in the office and 2 days at home per weekBonus scheme linked to individual, team and company performanceCar allowancePension contributionThree volunteering days each yearHoliday – 25 days plus bank holidays and an additional day off for your birthdayAccess to discounts on a wide range of Samsung productsAccess to a discount shopping portalPartner Colleagues are not eligible for Samsung Enhanced Paid Sick Leave but may be eligible for statutory payments from their payroll agencyUp to 20 (pro-rata) Partner Absence days per calendar year to be used in times of needA note on equal opportunitiesWe are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our Company.
