What you will do

You will enhance the promotion of Amgen’s products and communicate critical messages by collaborating with partners to serve patients:Collaborate with manager to develop and implement territory POA and key account plansEvaluate progress versus plan monthly and agrees to course corrections with managerPartner with cluster/territory teams and Marketing, Medical Affairs/Value & Access teams to agree on key account plan objectives/responsibilitiesEngage with peers and District Promotion Manager and cross-functional teams to improve product knowledgeDemonstrate an understanding of industry and healthcare trends, of how retail practices, clinics and hospitals operateFollow through on customer commitments and request in a timely fashionReport customer activity in the CRM system and ensure customer profiles are kept up-to-dateDemonstrate an understanding of Amgen Performance for selling platform to satisfy customer and Amgen needsOperate within the agreed expense budget aligned with POA prioritiesSeek inputs and assistance to prioritize activities in a timely fashion and follow-up with customersContinuously develop and improve product knowledge, communication and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs to drive own developmentWin

The ambitious and result oriented Sr Biopharmaceutical Rep we seek is a teammate with these qualifications:Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degreeDemonstrated experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales-related jobExperience with computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office)Proficiency in English in both oral and written communicationRelevant local legal qualificationStrong written and verbal communicationHold self-accountable for achieving established goals.Demonstrate time management skills in terms of prioritizing activities and completing work in a timely manner; meet timelines.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in life science or (bio) medical sciencesKnowledge of Customer Relation Management principlesExposure to interactions with various fields and organizational levelsExposure to project management principlesProven resilience in sophisticated environmentsProven high learning agilityOncology or Hematology experience is a preferenceThrive
