The Global B2B Marketing – Consumer Solutions & Commercial team is a part of Mastercard’s Integrated Marketing and Communication organization. Its members partner with Sales, Commercialization, Product, and Engineering teams and are accountable for end-to-end B2B & product marketing. This includes leveraging consumer insights and market knowledge to craft product value propositions, positioning, and messaging; leading the development of sales enablement and B2B2C tools; and developing, executing, and scaling marketing plans globally. The Senior Analyst, Global B2B & Product Marketing will work to create marketing solutions for customers that deliver a consistent and differentiated consumer and stakeholder experience.

We are looking for a top performer with an entrepreneurial spirit and ambition to support day-to-day activities. The candidate should be excited to work with exceptional colleagues around the globe to accelerate awareness and product sales.

Role:

  • Partner with the Consumer Solutions Crypto & Blockchain team to execute marketing strategies to fuel market readiness and go-to-market plans for a range of products and solutions.
  • Help shape marketing activities by bringing customer and consumer insight to the conversation.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and B2B Marketing Director to develop customer-led value propositions, positioning, compelling reasons-to-believe that reinforce the tangible benefits and competitive advantages of Mastercard’s products and solutions.
  • Support the development of marketing assets to ensure Mastercard teams have engaging, robust, and well-thought-out narratives for internal and external audiences.
  • Work with the Regional B2B & Product Marketing teams by supporting their efforts to drive scale in the market while driving consistency of positioning and messaging, balanced with local relevance.
  • Capture learnings and success stories to inform the development of global best practices.
  • Ensure all content and creative execution lines up with Mastercard brand standards.
  • Manage marketing budget.

About You:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, particularly in B2B/product marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in working across multicultural and matrixed work environments.
  • Passion for brand building and the customer experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and creative resources.
  • Motivated self-driver with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, agility, and rapid learning on new competitors, technologies, and products.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Preferred: Expertise in and passion for blockchain technologies, either acquired on the job or through personal interest.
  • Preferred: Experience working in marketing of financial services, fintech, or payment technology companies.
