Job description: What’s the role?The Senior Ad Tech Solutions Manager will spearhead key projects that align with the overarching Client Product priorities and roadmap. The “North Star” for this role is to drive operational efficiency in product and project management, protect revenue and enhance our advertising ecosystem.This role is crucial for ensuring exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders while aligning efforts with our business objectives.You will be accountable for the ongoing development, implementation, and management of ad technologies and platforms within the News AU ecosystem. This involves providing technical support to ad operations, programmatic, and site product teams, and collaborating with external tech partners and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with best practices for all technical integrations. Your efforts will help ensure News Corp Australia remains at the forefront of industry trends and technological advancements.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project management of advertising technology vendor integrations, including scoping, planning, execution and implementation.Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to define integration requirements, priorities and timelines, utilising digital media product management knowledge and understanding of methodologies.Serve as the lead point of contact for advertising technology vendors during project management delivery, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with business objectives while providing excellent customer service.Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability of integration processes, while managing multiple projects in a fast moving work environment.Be a key contributor in the ongoing management of revenue technology partnerships.Conduct assessments and analysis of our ad tech ecosystem.Who are you?Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital media product management and knowledge of methodologies.Experience with advertising technologies, and media buying/selling processes.Experience analysing and optimising processes and technology workflows.Knowledge of and experience in the media and marketing industry.Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Certifications in project management or relevant fields are advantageous.News BenefitsNews Benefits is our way of saying thank you to our people for their valued contribution to News, our audiences, clients and communities.
