Senior Account Manager, Affiliate Marketing
LOCATION:
The Senior Account Manager, Affiliate Marketing position is a remote, work-from-home position, as are all positions at Acceleration Partners (a structure central to our culture and our vision to change the work/life paradigm). Candidates in the following States will be considered: CT, MA, NH, NJ, PA, RI, VA, FL, GA, NY, ME, NC, OH, SC. Candidates must be located in EST. Some travel is required for client meetings or other internal meetings, conferences, etc.
THE ROLE:
We seek an innovative and results-driven Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead and manage one of our global Key Enterprise clients, the world’s largest hotel brand. This person will have the opportunity to lead the client relationship and all client deliverables whilst coordinating program initiatives with internal regional teams across the globe. As the driving force behind the affiliate strategy, this person will be at the forefront of leveraging cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices to amplify brand visibility, maximize revenue streams and drive forward-thinking initiatives.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
BY 6 MONTHS… the Senior Account Manager is executing the day-to-day operations of the global affiliate program with guidance from their Account Director. The Senior Account Manager has formed strong relationships with key client contacts and is the main point of contact for clients’ strategic and account questions. Challenging client or team situations are being managed with guidance from Account Director, with the Senior Account Manager bringing a solutions-oriented approach to these situations proactively. Client data is regularly being analyzed and used strategically in optimization, activation and recruitment campaigns. Client account is being handled effectively and strategically, without dropping any balls, and clients priorities are at the forefront of the team’s efforts, with the client aware of and pleased with the outcomes. Client is being serviced profitably with AP targets and client KPI’s being met, and client Net Promoter Score is 8+.
BY 1 YEAR… the Senior Account Manager is taking full accountability for the performance and success of their client and team. Account efficiency has been maximized, and excellent strategic plans and communication are in place on account, recognized as a key to client success. Senior Account Manager is able to comfortably coach team members to challenge the status quo in order to support team growth, while coaching and managing out poor performance. Clients are being serviced profitably, all deliverables are A caliber, and Net Promoter Scores remain consistent at 8+.
