If you are a strategic leader who thrives in high-growth environments and loves balancing analytics, leadership, and execution, this role is for you!What we expect from you:

• Support & Coach: Help and work alongside the Account Managers to ensure that they achieve their monthly targets
• Own Supply & Performance: Manage partner relationships, optimize supply utilization, and drive revenue growth
• Develop Winning Strategies: Work closely with leadership to align financial goals, optimize operations, and introduce data-driven improvements
• Be a Data Powerhouse: Use analytics, BI tools, and Excel to track, assess, and enhance performance
• Align with Key Teams: Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver excellence
• Shape the Future: Lead special projects like van branding, international hiring, and influencer bookings

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or operations
• Nice to have team management experience alongside with driving revenue growth
• Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and data analytics—you love making decisions backed by numbers
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication & negotiation skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in customer-facing, high-growth startups, or service industries is a plus
