We are looking for a talented Senior Account Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist who is responsible for leading the development, implementation, management and measurement of ABM in ICP accounts to drive pipeline, accelerate sales, and build revenue within target accounts. You will act as a liaison between the Marketing and Sales Teams to develop strategies and tactics designed to penetrate targeted accounts. Sounds interesting? Keep reading…

Here’s what you’ll do

  • Develop custom messaging and engagement plans in ABM accounts
  • Execute innovative and creative ABM programs across channels to generate pipeline from concept through execution, i.e., strategy, timeline, budget, design and content support, campaign development and campaign measurement
  • Gather and coordinate analytics across various platforms and with teams like Account Execs, Customer Success, Inside Sales, Field Marketing, Channels, and others teams to gather account insights
  • Manage the execution all the paid ABM digital marketing plans by working with content team, design team, and the applications used develope and run paid ads strategy
  • Work with marketing operations and sales to ensure campaigns are targeted to the right people and that we have the right contacts in the database
  • Provide ongoing data and insights that measure, analyze, and report on ABM target account penetration on a monthly, quarterly basis as well as impact of ABM efforts on sales pipeline revenue (marketing sourced and influenced)
  • Develop and provide ongoing sales communication to ensure alignment, collaboration, and follow up on marketing generated leads
  • Help evangelize ABM across the business, documenting and sharing best practices, driving innovative campaigns, and supporting the development and solidification of the ABM infrastructure.

Here’s what you’ll need

  • Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience in executing a combination of digital marketing, demand generation programs and/or ABM preferably in high-tech B2B
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to self-manage
  • Strong willingness to learn and test to optimize and improve ABM programs
  • Experience executing innovative digital marketing multi-channel programs for enterprise accounts
  • Experience with account targeting and segmentation
  • Strong reporting capabilities and the ability to provide insights and analyze ABM programs
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and how to employ marketing strategies to nurture leads and drive engagement
  • Proficiency across major marketing technologies, including ABM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, Folloze. Nice to have: DemandBase, Engagio, Sendoso/Alyce)
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or comparable education/experience

$90,000 – $150,000 Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. The compensation package for this position may also include equity, and benefits.
