Backed by the solid foundation of their existing operations, this new division is focused solely on commercial contracts – schools, councils, offices, and retail spaces. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business at its inception, with strong leadership, clear growth plans, and a vision to become a major player in the industry.DescriptionThis is a hands-on, full-time role that combines strategic sales with marketing execution. You’ll be responsible for winning new business, nurturing leads (many already generated through social media), and helping secure long-term commercial contracts.You’ll spend most of your time on the road, meeting potential clients and pitching services, with support from internal operations.

• Drive new business development across South Australia

• Secure contracts with commercial clients: councils, offices, schools, and retail

• Leverage social media and marketing to generate leads and build brand awareness

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of clients

• Represent the business with professionalism and commercial insight

Profile

• Minimum 3-4 years of industry experience in gardening and/or cleaning

• Strong B2B sales background with proven results

• Marketing experience or willingness to lead basic campaigns

• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills

• Self-driven, organised, and goal-focused
