Job description: Salesforce Administrator – Permanent Role – Melbourne-Based $150k–$180k + Super | Hybrid Work | Global Business (No Sponsorship – Permanent Work Rights Required)We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Salesforce Administrator to join a high-performing technology team supporting a global user base. This is a permanent, Melbourne-based role with hybrid flexibility.In this role, you’ll play a key part in a major Salesforce migration project, consolidating legacy systems into Salesforce, improving user experience, and enhancing business processes. You’ll be managing a complex Salesforce environment with multiple integrations and will need strong experience with Apex, automation, and best-practice data management.What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as the primary administrator for a global Salesforce org with 200+ users
• Lead Salesforce data migration and consolidation from legacy platforms
• Build and maintain Apex code, Flows, custom metadata, and automation solutions
• Support teams across Sales, Service, Marketing, and IT with process improvements
• Ensure platform stability, security, sandbox refreshes, and user access controls
• Monitor and improve data integrity, hygiene, and deduplication processes
• Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend feature adoption
• Collaborate on cross-functional technical projects, including nCino and MarketingCloud
• Create and maintain documentation to support security and compliance frameworks

Key Tech Environment

• Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud – Unlimited Edition
• Marketing Cloud Engagement (formerly Pardot)
• Integrated tools: LinkedIn Navigator, Outreach, Call Prep Insights, nCino
• Integrations are maintained by a separate Product Development team (not in scope)

You’ll Need

• At least 5 years of Salesforce Administration experience
• Strong Apex skills and familiarity with Flows and SOQL
• Proven success with Salesforce migration and data migration from legacy systems
• Experience with tools like Data Loader, Xappex, and Bulk API
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (SCAA) strongly preferred
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Experience with integrated tools such as Marketing Cloud and Outreach is a plus
• Familiarity with SFDC Data Cloud, OmniStudio, or other platform tools is advantageous
• Must have full Australian working rights (PR or Citizenship required)

Interview Process1. Initial phone screen with Morgan Consulting
2. Brief technical assessment in a Salesforce Sandbox
3. Face-to-face interview to review your assessment and past Salesforce experience
4. Final Teams interview with the Director of Revenue Systems (US-based) – this call may take place at 8:00am or 8:30am AEST

Expected salary: $150000 – 180000 per year
