Job description: our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a proven track record in the high-end furniture market within the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of luxury goods, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires a sophisticated approach to sales, focusing on personalized service and an in-depth knowledge of design trends and product specifications.Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, interior designers, architects, and corporate clients.
  • Provide personalized consultations, understanding client needs, preferences, and project requirements.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Present and demonstrate high-end furniture collections, highlighting unique features, craftsmanship, and design aesthetics.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies.
  • Product Expertise:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our entire product portfolio, including materials, construction, finishes, customization options, and design philosophies.
  • Stay abreast of current design trends, market developments, and competitor activities within the luxury furniture sector.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our high-end furniture to clients.
  • Showroom & Operations:
  • Ensure the showroom is impeccably presented, reflecting the luxury and elegance of our brand.
  • Assist clients with product selection, space planning, and design solutions.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with the logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely and smooth execution.
  • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and after-sales service with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
