Overview:

We are looking for motivated enthusiastic and target driven individuals to sell and renew pet insurance products.

The aim of Markerstudy is to put the fun into Insurance and along with the fast paced growth of the group give an opportunity to receive first class training and coaching within a supportive environment.

Role Purpose:

Telephony based – generating new business and retaining current customers
Successful up selling of additional products and cross selling
Finding a solution to match the customer’s needs and demands by overcoming objections
Accurate data entry to ensure cover and all policy documentation is correct

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

To sell and renew pet products
Upsell and cross sell at every opportunity
To identify and maximise sales opportunities and overcome any objections to close the sale
Embrace and comply with company values by incorporating the Customer Charter promises
Adhere to call scripts and ensure TCF, FCA and all regulatory requirements are met
Work towards targets and SLA’s

Qualifications:

Key Skills & Knowledge Required:

Excellent communication skills
Confident phone manner
Target driven
The ability to build rapport
To work effectively as an individual and as part of the team
The ability to work under pressure and prioritise the workload
