• Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends and pricing.
• Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers or renters.
• Negotiate property deals and contracts on behalf of clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or renting process.
• Maintain and update client databases and property listings.
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including appraisers and inspectors.
• Attend property showings and open houses to showcase listings.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or renters.
• Stay informed about local regulations and market conditions affecting real estate transactions.

Preferred Candidate: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
