The opportunity:

We are currently expanding the team and are looking for individuals to join and support the continued growth and development of the Sales & Distribution function for our regional brokers. We are looking for an Operations Administrator to come and join our existing team in Whiteley.
Working for our Sales Operations team, you will maintain and audit internal systems to support our day to day trading for our Sales & Distribution function in delivery of the UK strategy. Working closely with colleagues across the UK branches to successfully implement changes required within our Broker community you will work as part of a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

This role is available part-time, job-share or full time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time.
Key responsibilities:
- Support our Non-Standard Remuneration forum on administration for Deal Management performance.
- Production of internal reports with analyse to identify key performance control areas as required.
- Complete operational audit reviews and analysis across our internal customer relationship platforms.
- Building relationships with sales teams, by listening, understanding, and meeting customer needs to support onboarding new broker accounts and maintaining existing records through delivering excellent service.
- Develop sound problem solving skills alongside learning our organisation’s policies and procedures and control framework.
- Administration of Broker Remuneration within agreed parameters.
- Be an active team member of a large multi-location Sales & Distribution environment.
Your skills and experience:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of the insurance industry/Financial Services and the legal and regulatory environment is preferable but not essential.
- A solutions and service orientation.
- Team player.
- Able to work on your own and within a team.
