Salary: Up to £45,000 + bonus
Location: SomersetMy client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead their prestigious Wedding Venue in Somerset. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to join a passionate team, driving both wedding and corporate event sales while managing the brand’s marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, energetic, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.About the Venue and Company

• Renowned for high-end weddings, bespoke events, and luxury accommodation

About the Position

• Drive brand awareness and consistently promote the venue across all channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, suppliers, and key partners
• Develop and manage marketing budgets across digital, print, and social campaigns
• Conduct regular market analysis and monitor competitor activity
• Lead and inspire the Sales and Marketing team to achieve targets
• Generate innovative packages and promotional incentives to attract new business
• Curate and communicate the venue’s annual events calendar
• Report directly to the company Directors

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Have proven experience in a similar hospitality sales & marketing role
• Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Excel in networking and client relationship building
• Be creative, strategic, and commercially minded
• Strong digital marketing experience
• Show a proactive, hands-on approach with a strong work ethic
• Be passionate about weddings, events, and exceeding client expectations
