We’ve created and fulfilled over 75,000 prizes to more than 40 countries worldwide.The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our thriving agency. Reporting into our MD this is a newly created role with a hybrid focus on sales and marketing to support the agency as we grow. It is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and ambitious professional to broaden their experience in an exciting industry. The successful candidate must be confident in creating marketing materials and related content.Key Responsibilities:Monitoring strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring customer satisfactionProducing engaging content across a variety of platforms including blog posts, digital and presentation decksIdentifying new potential customers and generate leads for sales teamDeveloping sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and targetsActing as a brand ambassador for Element and understand our offering to clientsFollowing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategies and identify areas for improvementCreating new ideas to help develop both the services and our brandWorking in parallel with group sales and marketing teamsAbout YouExceptional verbal and written communicatorProven ability to create engaging content for a B2B audienceLaser focused on building the Element brand, developing industry connections, and facilitating sales/new client winsHighly organised, able to prioritise under tight deadlinesSelf-managed and able to work unsupervised, backed up with team supportExceptional time management and ability to prioritise workloadExperienced in all aspects of LinkedInWhy Join Us?Be part of a specialist within a major brand experience groupPlay a pivotal role in shaping and executing our commercial growthOpportunity to develop skills across marketing, sales, and creative strategy
