Sector: Health & Social Care (Private Market)Lead Strategic Growth in a Values-Driven OrganisationOur client, a well-established provider of high-quality residential and dementia care services, is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Sales & Marketing Director to lead private occupancy growth across multiple care homes.This is a key strategic appointment offering the opportunity to shape and deliver a focused growth plan within the private care sector. The role covers a portfolio of services across the South and East of England.Role Overview:The successful candidate will lead on all aspects of sales and marketing strategy across the private market, with a focus on increasing occupancy, enhancing brand visibility, and strengthening referral networks.
