As a Sales Manager, you’ll lead a passionate field sales team, championing growth, connection, and performance across your zone. You’ll be the driving force behind achieving sales targets, strengthening partnerships, and delivering value that matters.What you’ll be doing

  • Leading and inspiring a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Building trusted relationships with Members and suppliers to support their success.
  • Driving strategic sales initiatives while keeping a close eye on budgets and performance.
  • Collaborating across the business to align with broader organisational goals.
  • Identifying opportunities, solving problems, and adapting to change with confidence.

What you bring

  • A strong grasp of business and corporate legislation (especially Trade Practices/Competition and Consumer Law is a plus).
  • Solid MS Office skills and a knack for adapting to new tools.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Sharp analytical thinking and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial acumen and negotiation strength.
  • Proven leadership skills—you know how to guide, influence, and get results.

Key Experience

  • 3–5 years in a Sales or Marketing leadership role, ideally in finance, vehicle, equipment, or broking sectors.
  • Experience selling credit products in the finance industry.
  • Exposure to Co-operatives or Member-based organisations is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with tools for gathering and modelling business requirements.
