We’re seeking an experienced and driven New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our sales team.What you’ll be doing:Lead, support, and mentor a high-performing sales teamMonitor performance and drive results to meet monthly targetsRun engaging daily and weekly sales meetingsContribute to marketing campaigns and dealership promotionsPromote a strong team culture with a focus on customer satisfactionRepresent the team at management meetingsBuild positive relationships across all departments and maintain a professional presenceWhat we are looking for:

• Strong understanding of the automotive industry
• 5 years experience working within a Sales management role
• Proven automotive sales management experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Extensive experience in a sales role, with a proven sales record in meeting KPIs targets
• Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies and best practices
• C-Class current driver’s license
