Therefore, we are looking for a Sales Manager for our Drone Detection Radars to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.Your role in our teamAs our new Sales Manager, you will have a key role in developing and expanding a European-focused reseller and partner network for our drone detection radar systems, with targeted support for global opportunities.You will act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, supporting them in the design and integration phase of C-UAS solutions. Moreover, you will drive commercial engagements from lead generation through to contract signature, with a strong focus on deal maturation and closureYou will become part of a newly established team focused on introducing our drone detection radar into a new business area. As part of a small, agile setup, you will collaborate closely with Solution Engineers and sales colleagues to build momentum and deliver value to customers.Regular travel within the region is required to meet with clients and partners, with occasional trips outside the region to support our regional offices.How you will make a meaningful contributionYour responsibilities also include:
- Support and collaborate with the existing sales force, assisting in adjacent application areas where C-UAS opportunities emerge within their customer base
- Contribute to strategic market insights and customer segmentation to identify high-potential opportunities, especially in Europe
- Work closely with Customer Insights, Product Management, and Marketing to ensure customer needs and market trends are reflected in our offerings
- Represent the company at relevant industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings
Bring your world class expertise into playYou are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Additional European languages are an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague with the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or another related field of study
- Experience in selling security or defense technologies to government or institutional customers
- Prior exposure to radar, surveillance, or command-and-control systems
- Experience with channel-based models
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in partner management and B2B sales
- Experience working in or with European markets; familiarity with regional defense/security ecosystems is a plus
Moreover, it is an advantage but not a requirement, if you have experience:
- Within Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS) – either from the defense industry or operational military use
