Job description: The Sales Manager for Corporate & Government plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders in both corporate and government sectors. This position requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and effectively communicate the value of our recruitment services. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the recruitment industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.Responsibilities: * Develop and implement sales strategies to target corporate and government clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of recruitment services to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company’s services.
Preferred Candidate: * Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the recruitment sector.
- Strong understanding of corporate and government procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
