Job description:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy specifically for ambulance services, targeting key accounts and market segments.
• Lead and mentor a sales team, providing training and guidance on ambulance service sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and enhance service offerings.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales targets, and track sales performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
• Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective promotional campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and technological advancements in the ambulance service sector.
• Manage the sales budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrates 5+ years of progressive experience in ambulance sales
• Has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships.
• Displays exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrates proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exhibits leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluent in English and any other additional languages like Arabic is a plus
