Job description: Intro We are a leading outsourcing solution provider for online manufacturing services, specializing in the verticals of Automotive, Engineering, and Oil and Gas. With our strategic location in India, we offer cost-effective and high-quality manufacturing solutions to clients worldwide. Tasks Proactively identify and reach out to potential B2B clients (outbound and inbound) Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs Present Insourcify’s solutions and guide clients through the decision-making process Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to closing deals Collaborate closely with marketing and operations to align on target groups and messaging Requirements Full professional fluency in German (C1 or higher) Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development Proven success in handling client-facing roles and closing deals Experience in service-based or consulting sales is a strong plus Eligible to work in the EU / Germany
