Sales Manager Bank – London

Salary – £40,000 + Bonus

Our client is an upscale, tech-infused mini golf experience that appeals to everyone. More than just indoor mini golf, our client leans on its ground-breaking technology to elevate the game, while also serving world-class food and full bar in a cool environment. The experience is really all about having fun and doing something fun together. About you: Our client is looking for someone with excellent communication, time management, presentation, and organisationskills. You need to have the ability to go above and beyond for customers, demonstrating meaningful care in everything you do. A high level of emotional intelligence, professionalism, and overall self-awareness is key for this role. Key Responsibilities: Bring your ‘A’ Game each and everyday

Lead by example by demonstrating core values

Manage sales team’s schedule Respond to venue specific enquiries including show rounds and fam trips Contribute to the success of the UK group sales team through attendance at showcases, exhibitions, and trade shows Partner with the venue and kitchen team for daily review of event orders

Assist with event revenue forecasting and planning

Lead and document weekly 1:2:1’s with direct reports Participate in Venue Leadership team meetings

Create strategies to generate new business using local market data

Establish and maintain relationships within the community and location Utilise Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to drive performance and standards Qualifications and Experience

Prior experience as a Sales Manager in a high volume (£2M+ annual event/groups revenue)

Overall knowledge of the local area businesses and existing client base
