We find and represent the most exciting talent in the industry and produce delicious hits (menus) with them in our Studio.
We give these food artists a stage through our managed venues such as Shelter Hall and Sessions Islington.
We make their art available at home with our Delivery Only Kitchens.
And finally we take them on tour to neighbourhoods across the country through our network of over 100 host partners.

We are looking for an additional Sales Lead to join the Accelerator side of the business, based in London – looking after the South East.
You will ensure our food brands can scale like wildfire through a network of operator ‘Hosts’.
This position is ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen looking to build a career in a high-growth start-up which offers a huge opportunity for career progression and to develop their network in food tech and hospitality industry alongside a proven and highly regarded management team.
The role would suit well someone coming from a sales, consulting or commercial/investment banking background or someone looking for a role with high autonomy and accountability for building a team and delivering results in a fast moving environment.
What will you do?
- Recruit, on-board and manage the sales team of 8 people for your region
- Develop sales and training materials for the team
- Lead the team to sign-up new host operators (restaurants, pubs, hotels, dark kitchens, burger shops) who will operate our brands from their existing kitchens
- Responsible for overall quality of new host operators across the team: required to vet each site and ensure they pass the relevant quality checks before approving them
- Ensuring we have coverage of the whole region: using tools provided to prioritise the best zones first
- Ensuring smooth handovers between the sales team and onboarding / account
- management team to give the hosts an excellent onboarding experience with us
- Accountability for helping shape the wider Accelerator programme through sharing learnings from the market and developing sales techniques.
- Develop relationships and drive sales with larger regional players / groups
What do you need?
- Three+ years of sales/ commercial experience
- Experience of the hospitality sector is not a requirement but a passion for great food and an entrepreneurial mindset is essential;
- We are looking for someone with strong commercial and management experience
- Top Tier degree from top university
- Street hustler, prepared to ‘get stuck in’ and do what it takes to close deals and grow revenue;
- Prepared to work very hard, take decisions at speed and get things done,
- Strategic thinker able to elevate the business from the day-to-day where
- Well-rounded individual able and willing to flex to take ownership where necessary
- Strong commercial acumen with strong negotiation skills;
- Charismatic and able to lead a high performing team;
- Excited by the end game and motivated by building an enormous enterprise;
- Resilient and loyal
- Right to work in the UK
- Fluent spoken and written English
