Monitor freezer turnover with each customer, reallocating freezers based on productivity to maximize sales potential.
Maintain freezer agreements with approval from GFAB and customers, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
Develop detailed sales targets and action plans, conducting regular reviews to exceed budgeted sales targets and address any deviations.
Ensure strict compliance with brand standards across all sales activities
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets, driving incremental revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Understand key customer needs and requirements, proposing solutions that align with their objectives to drive sales.
Expand relationships with existing customers by increasing share of shelf and strategically positioning freezer/points of sale.
Increase sales from existing customers year-on-year and expand the number of SKUs sold per customer.
Monitor new and prospective customers in the region, ensuring timely account opening and proactive engagement.
Keep abreast of market competition, informing management and devising action plans to enhance market share.
QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or food industry
In – depath understanding of the modern trade market dynamics in the UAE
