Staycity Wilde Aparthotels are looking for a Sales Executive to join the Sales Team in our Central London Wilde properties on a full-time, permanent basis. In return, you’ll earn a highly competitive salary. Previous Hotel Sales experience is required for this role.

Key responsibilities as our Sales Executive will include:

  • Assist with the administration of the day-to-day property mgmt. systems (e.g. Opera/Ideas/SiteMinder/Salesforce – training provided).
  • Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
  • Provides timely, accurate, competitive quotes on all corporate and long-stay enquiries while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
  • Secure and manage corporate accounts, Group agencies by building and maintaining professional relationships with key bookers.
  • To actively promote sales and marketing activity by assisting with marketing campaigns, mail shots, sales blitzes etc.
  • To assist and help co-ordinate corporate sales events within the cities
  • Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  • To work with, the Sales Manager to ensure new companies are looked after and that they receive excellent service and are encouraged to use us again
  • To meet weekly with the General Manager and Sales Manager
  • To be flexible with regard to working hours, travel and place of work
  • Ensures that all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes are met and exceeded.
  • Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Our ideal Sales Executive will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:

  • At least 1-year experience in either a serviced apartment/aparthotel or hotel reservations, revenue or sales background.
  • Ability to drive sales activity and revenues
  • Knowledge of Opera/IDEAS/Siteminder an advantage
