Job description: Sales Enablement Specialist – Empower High-Performing Sales Teams
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to help elevate the performance of a growing, high-energy go-to-market team. This is a pivotal role where you’ll operate at the crossroads of Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations-building and maintaining the tools, training, and content that fuel commercial success.
You’ll be instrumental in driving sales efficiency, sharpening messaging, and aligning teams with the resources and insights they need to engage customers effectively. Whether it’s launching new products, improving onboarding, or streamlining access to sales materials, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring teams are always one step ahead.Responsibilities:

  • Develop Compelling Sales Content: Create impactful presentations and messaging frameworks tailored to different customer segments and stages of the sales cycle.
  • Equip Teams to Win: Build and maintain strategic battlecards and objection handling guides, leveraging competitive and market intel.
  • Maintain a Central Source of Truth: Own and update a well-structured library of sales playbooks and enablement resources.
  • Drive Product Launch Enablement: Partner with product and marketing teams to deliver one-pagers, cheat sheets, and training guides that support go-to-market initiatives.
  • Keep Content Fresh and Findable: Implement tagging, version control, and governance across tools like Highspot or similar platforms.
  • Enhance Enablement Tool Experience: Continually optimize the structure and usability of the sales enablement tech stack.
  • Boost Onboarding & Ongoing Learning: Design role-based onboarding programs, LMS modules, and self-serve learning resources.
  • Champion Adoption of Sales Tools: Administer key platforms (e.g., Highspot, Gong), track usage, and promote best practices across teams.
  • Analyze and Iterate: Use call analytics, win/loss data, and feedback to inform enablement strategy and improve content relevance.
  • Align Messaging: Ensure sales, product, and marketing teams speak the same language and present a unified value proposition to the market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years’ experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales leadership.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable improvements in sales performance and effectiveness.
  • Hands-on experience with B2B sales processes and team dynamics.
  • Strong knowledge of sales enablement tools and technology ecosystems.
  • Skilled in project management, content development, and stakeholder engagement.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and strategic mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
