Sales Director

Your role in our team:

• CLAAS is one of the largest global agricultural machinery manufacturers, and in the UK our products and customer care are second to none.
• As the Sales Director of CLAAS Western you will require strong leadership skills. The business is well established and has excellent market shares with market leading brands, so the opportunity is there to steer it to the next level.
• The successful candidate will preferably have a proven record of accomplishment in Sales and will use that experience and expertise to manage and motivate the team involved in all aspects of Sales.
• This is an exciting opportunity within CLAAS UK to progress with a successful dealership within the team of CLAAS Western.

Your profile:

• If you can demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, a sound level of IT competency, knowledge of agricultural machinery and experience in core management, you will have the skill set we are looking for.
• More important however will be your ability and desire to motivate and enthuse not only your team, but customers and manufacturers alike, together with a willingness to take on new challenges and opportunities as they arise within this expanding business. Developing a strong and trusting relationship with colleagues to ensure the business delivers customer satisfaction will be key to this role.
