Job description: About this roleMy client is looking for a proactive and hands-on Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and execute sales and marketing strategies across two well-established hotels in London’s W2 area. This role involves a combination of strategic planning and day-to-day operational execution to grow brand presence, drive bookings, and develop local partnerships. You’ll be working closely with the operational and revenue teams to ensure alignment on business goals and long-term success.About You

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing
• In-depth knowledge of the W2 London area and local business landscape
• IT-savvy, with confidence in using digital tools, CRM systems, and OTAs
• Self-starter with a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Commercially minded with a results-driven mindset
• Flexible and adaptable with excellent organisational skills
