Job description: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and oversee the sales operations of our premium furniture retail business in Clyde North, Melbourne. This is an outstanding opportunity for a professional who thrives in a dynamic retail environment and is committed to driving business growth through effective sales leadership.Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise all daily sales operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Monitor and analyse sales performance data to inform decision-making and reporting.
Collaborate with senior management to align sales targets with business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Oversee product presentation, inventory levels, and coordination with suppliers.Skills and Experience Required:Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the retail or related industry.
Strong ability to manage teams, set KPIs, and monitor performance.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive results.
High-level organisational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Qualifications:A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is highly regarded.

Expected salary: $80001 – 100000 per year
