Job description: Mitsubishi Motors Pilbara have been selling and servicing new and used vehicles in the Pilbara region since 2018. We provide the latest Mitsubishi vehicles, which are designed to thrill, provide safety and comfort, and can help meet the demands of daily life while enhancing our clients’ buying experience by providing expert after-sales, technical, and mechanical services with courtesy pick-up and drop-off convenience.We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth, market reach, and brand visibility.Responsibilities

• Train and manage marketing staff
• Contribute to strategic plans to achieve operational objectives
• Develop special ad hoc analysis and reports
• Manage marketing assessments and promotional activities
• Track sales opportunities
• Provide project management for strategic programs
• Effectively manage sales and distribution channels
• Define and deploy sales and marketing strategies
• Propose and implement sales/marketing plans for specific market segments
• Manage sales forecasts and provide input for budget and roadmap

Qualifications and Skillset

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field is preferred; however equivalent experience of at least 5 years sales and marketing experience would also considered. Leadership experience is also desirable
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in using digital and manual marketing channels.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of or experience in the automotive industry is highly regarded.
