We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our resort team. Reporting to our Director of Sales and Marketing – you will have hotel and sales experience.In this role you will:

• Support the planning of trade famils across a range of stakeholders
• Support day to day sales activities – including proposal preparation and contract generation where required
• Enter groups into NewBook – previous NewBook experience is advantageous
• Support the C&E function as required
• Assist teams with multiple project setups
• Anything and everything sales and marketing centric

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a hotel sales guru – connected with the local network with a flair for guest experience
• Passionate about the hospitality industry with a real commitment to delivering the best standards of guest service
• Hotel experience is advantageous while not essential with the right sales experience
• Have an energy that’s dynamic and you have fun when you work

Expected salary: $70000 – 75000 per year
