Sales And Marketing Associate Job Detail

Lenscan Medical Inc. specializes in medical equipment distribution and solutions for healthcare practices in the ophthalmic and dental fields. Based out of Waterloo, ON, we are looking for a new sales and marketing candidate to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

As our sales and marketing associate you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, making quotes, launching marketing and promotion campaigns. The position is located at our Waterloo head office. This is an opportunity for new candidate in the field who are looking for an exciting and creative work environment where they can develop their skills within a growing company!

Job Description:

• Receive, review and respond to customer inquiries.
• Create quotes and enter customer orders into the ERP system.
• Complete and follow up on all customer quotations within a reasonable time frame.
• Track order status to provide feedback to customers.
• Creates and manages social media channels, including Facebook and Instagram.
• Ability to use social and digital media to effectively communicate or respond to others.
• Create and edit marketing flyers.
• Contact current or potential customers to generate new sales opportunities.
• All other duties assigned as required.

Requirements:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent
• Experience in sales and marketing is a plus
• Self-motivated, and passion for business success
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Intermediate Computer Skills in Microsoft Office (MS Word/Excel)
• Working knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Coreldraw
• Customer service oriented
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $42,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift

Education:
