Are you friendly, professional and looking to progress in your career as a customer service professional?
My well-established client is looking for a Sales Advisor to join their busy team, based in Tunbridge Wells.
You will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, team player, willingness to learn, enjoys interacting with customers and excellent telephone manner.
- Handling a range of enquiries.
- Liaising effectively internally and externally effectively.
- Updating and maintaining the database.
- Providing fantastic product knowledge.
Role: Sales Advisor, in the Renewals team
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 10am-2pm
Salary: Starting at £18,000 and rising to £20,000 after 6 month probation period. (Annual review, will then rise to maximum of £22,500)
