Sales Advisor Contract: Perm Location: Manchester City Centre (office based) Salary: 20-23K + uncapped commission (warm leads) Hours: Monday – Friday (office hours) A new and exciting opportunity for a focused and results driven Wellbeing Executive to join a fast-paced sales department for an award-winning company. This is a fantastic chance to join a professional and successful sales department in Manchester, where your earning potential is uncapped.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound dials to prospect clients to introduce Health Assured and to arrange a demonstration of our service with one of our Wellbeing Consultants.
• Actively build, manage, and maintain your pipeline.
• Achieving monthly and quarterly appointment setting targets.
• To carry out any other tasks deemed necessary by the Management Team.

Essential Skills

• You will need to have the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively, to move the sale to the next stage
• A strong track record of achieving targets

Desired Competencies

• Proven record of achieving targets and a passion for sales
• A self-motivated, resilient, and tenacious attitude
• Ability to apply knowledge in a practical commercial manner
• Excellent communication and ability to engage in a professional and confident manner up to Director level, with strong influencing and negotiation skills
• The ability to work to targets and deadlines
• Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
• Good business acumen, articulate , able to manage autonomously and cope well under pressure
