Are you looking to develop your sales administration career working within a thriving business based in Liphook? If you possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service, this new Sales Administrator role could be what you are looking for.
As the Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for handling customer orders and ensuring delivery requirements are met. You will be liaising with customers via the telephone and in person and answering queries in a timely manner.
You will be:
Inputting customer orders
Produce client quotations and processing orders
Raising proforma invoices, and chasing overdue payments
Handle customer orders and enquiries via telephone
Liaising with internal and external suppliers regarding product availability
Updating customers on delivery expectations
Filing of customer orders, despatch notes and proof of deliveries
You will have:
Strong telephone and communication skills
Proven customer service/customer support experience
IT proficiency
Ability to work under pressure and handle changing priorities
Excellent problem-solving skills
