Due to significant growth, my client is looking to appoint a driven and motivated individual to join their sales administration team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join a fast paced environment. You will need to be an energetic team-player who demonstrates excellent time management skills and is keen to learn and develop.

The Role

• Assisting the teams with a high level of administrative skills
• Maintain department manuals and ensuring departments are up to date with company polices and procedures
• Processing sales leads
• Working within KPI’s
• Provide data and reports to help sales team keep track of sales targets
• Working closely with the operations team to ensure jobs are completed within requested timescale

The Candidate

• Experience in administration essential

• A strong team player
• Ensures effective use of work time
• Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and computer
• Strong organisation skills
• Work well under pressure
