Our team is growing, and we are currently seeking a Revenue Operations Manager (RevOps) to join our team. Job type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Location: Hybrid Germany Position reports to: CEO As a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager you will oversee and optimize our organization’s revenue-generating processes by aligning Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams. You will focus on building and enhancing revenue processes, improving efficiency, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring data-driven decision-making across the entire revenue cycle. Tasks Strategic Alignment: Aligning sales, marketing, professional services, and customer success teams towards common revenue goals. Process Optimization: Identifying and implementing improvements to sales, marketing, professional services, and customer success processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, generating revenue forecasts, and providing regular reports to senior management. Technology Implementation: Overseeing data and systems administration, recommending tools to improve data quality, analysis, and reporting for revenue-generating processes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitating communication and collaboration between different teams, ensuring alignment on targets, strategies, and initiatives. Forecasting and Budgeting: Generating accurate revenue forecasts and contributing to budgets and organizational plans. Performance Monitoring: Monitoring sales operations, pipeline performance, and revenue recognition processes. Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to revenue operations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Experience with CRM systems and other revenue-related technologies Knowledge of sales, marketing, professional services, and customer success principles. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with a diverse team across many time zones.
