Job Description

Our Demand Generation team is looking for an innovative, hands-on data analytics and marketing ops professional who will be responsible for the overall marketing performance management including KPIs and measurements, funnel management, and insightful dashboards to maximize the return on investment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of marketing KPIs with a proven track record in planning and budgeting, analyzing sales & marketing performance data to drive actions, and working with cross-functional and global teams to drive operational efficiency at scale.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own the process for annual and quarterly OPEX planning, allocation, and budget management for the Demand Generation organization
  • Partner with Global Ops team to optimize various reports and dashboards in alignment with the global KPIs; should be well versed in marketing mix modeling and multi-touch attribution
  • Provide action-oriented insights for demand generation organization from the various marketing analytics and dashboards to enhance program design and tactics
  • Partner with marketing ops for marketing coverage & KPI alignment by account segment as well as provide account analysis & marketing performance tracking – i.e. account engagement, MQL and sourced pipeline conversion and progression and etc
  • Manage weekly/monthly/quarterly cadence reviews with demand generation, field marketing and sales leadership on the marketing funnel status and how it contributes to the overall sales funnel
  • Partner with global marketing ops team and sales ops to ensure that marketing automation and CRM processes facilitate campaign insights and end-to-end lead management visibility
  • Partner with sales ops to improve sales hygiene, discipline and SLAs around marketing leads processing, regular updates, aging leads and opportunity progression in SFDC
  • Drive the adoption and usage of the global marketing dashboards and best practices among Demand Generation and cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

  • 7-9 years of marketing ops and data analytics experience in an established B2B environment
  • Strong knowledge on marketing automation platforms like Marketo as well as other tools like SFDC, Tableau, Excel, Google Analytics, and Datorama.
  • Strong communication skills- both written and verbal- to speak, present, and collaborate
  • Experience working with and driving results from cross-matrixed teams including demand generation, field marketing, global marketing ops and sales ops teams

Preferred Educational Background:

  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Technology, MBA preferred.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$125,000—$150,000 USD
