Retail Ski Boot Fitter – Part Time

As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Snow + Rock is joined by Cotswold Outdoor and Runners Need to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

How will you make an impact?

As a member of our store team, you’ll be working alongside like-minded people and our ever-growing customer base. Day-to-day you can expect to be:

• Carrying out full assessments on customers looking to purchase new or alter existing boots
• Analysing customers feet and skiing style and recommending appropriate boots based on their ability and foot type
• Continually explaining the process so that the customer understands the sensations and requirements of a good fitting boot
• Modelling the company values, taking pride in your store and working collectively to create an outstanding customer experience

Please note this role is a fixed term contract until 2022. We have various contracts available working 8 – 24 hours per week.

You’ll fit right in if you have:

• A passion for snow sports such as skiing and snowboarding
• Experience for providing excellent customer service
• Great communication skills
• Previous experience fitting boots or shoes is ideal but not essential
