Job description: We operate a network of successful Subway stores around Hawkesbury region, committed to delivering superior customer experience and high-quality management standards. We pride ourselves on operational excellence, strong team culture, and community engagement. We are looking for a motivated RETAIL MANAGER to lead our SUBWAY IN WINDSOR.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage store operations, including budgeting, pricing, and profitability.
• Oversee stock control, inventory planning, and supplier coordination.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; manage rosters and performance.
• Drive sales through local store marketing and regular promotions.
• Ensure compliance with local food authority and Subway’s regular evaluations.

Essential Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma or higher in Business Management, Retail Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years full-time experience as Retail Manager.
• Demonstrated experience in store operations, marketing, staff management, not just daily supervisory duties.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and operational KPIs.
• Proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced retail environment, with strong leadership and customer service focus.
